R Bruce Rowan – Chairman and chief executive Bruce Rowan is well known in London as an investor in small mineral exploration start-up ventures. He has managed the Company’s operations since January 2002. In addition he is chairman of AIM quoted Tiger Resource Finance plc, of Australian ASX quoted Sunvest Corporation Limited and managing director of PLUS quoted Gledhow Investments plc.
Anthony C R Scutt – Non-executive director Tony is an experienced private investor and investment analyst as well as a director of investee companies Agricola Resources plc, Beowulf Mining plc, and Oracle Coalfields plc. Also, Tony is a director of Oil and Gas Support Services plc, a qualified Chartered Secretary and a Certified Internal Auditor with the US Institute of Internal Auditors.
His career included over 30 years with Shell International Petroleum in various parts of the world culminating in his role as Chief Internal Auditor of Shell UK.
John Watkins, FCA – Finance director and company secretary John is a chartered accountant in practice. He is a non-executive director of investee companies AIM quoted Greatland Gold plc, Red Rock Resources plc and Regency Mines plc. Also, he is chairman of PLUS quoted mineral exploration company Rare Earths and Metals plc and Equity Resources plc.
He spent 25 years in the City as a partner firstly in the accountancy firm of Neville Russell followed by Ernst & Young from which he retired in 1997, since when he has been involved with several new business ventures.
